Naomi suffers from social anxiety which has long isolated her from the world outside her small apartment. For the first time in her life Naomi dares to face her anxiety and run away with her best friend Pan, out into the night.

The lonely and hot-tempered dancer Jackie tries to overcome her self-loathing and aggression when the new girl in her dance-class Nelly chooses to befriend her. Nelly is the clear opposite of Jackie and their unlikely friendship is challenged when they have to face the damage that Jackie has already made within her dance team.
